Bertie the A30 and the Jaguar Invicta special in the first field. Wonderfully diverse and packed out event blessed with good weather this year. Autojumble joy for Bertie in the shape of a spare unfitted laminated windscreen for £10 and Gold Seal gearbox (correct for 1954) £25. Bertie seemed to evoke many childhood memories for those who stopped to chat. No so the Jaguar Invicta as it is a one of a kind scratch built car by a Rolls Royce trained design engineer in the 1970's who later founded Marlin Cars.
