Hello, I'm 20. Today marks the 358th day of leaving of my beloved whom I loved wholeheartedly. Without her, everything seems void & empty. I feel soo much anxiety and pain. 358 days of remembering her everyday, everynight and every moment. 358 times of intense crying.. I also had severe childhood family trauma and diagnosed anxiety disorder. Can't describe this unbearable pain in words at this tender age. Please pray for me.

I cannot bear the loss of a friend who died in the war. I cannot be calm because my brother can die at any moment, defending Ukraine from the enemy. I'm afraid to build my future, to dream about my children, because I don't want them to see war, to know the feeling of loss. I don't know how to live in this world where there are so many questions that I cry out to God in hopelessness. But I don't get an answer. I ask Him to let it all end. In times of uncertainty, the best comfort I've found is to remember these facts about God. 1. God is higher than the heavens. He can protect you in anything. Who is more powerful enough to overthrow Him? 2. God does not exist in time. He knows the ending from the beginning. Notice that He is standing at the end of your life, seeing what all will take place during it. 3. If you don't do this already, place your entire life and plans in the hands of Someone who is all-knowing. Allow God to plan your life; He knows what you will experience already and He made His plans of good things despite what may happen around you. 4. God speaks in a lot of ways. And sometimes He does answer and it's just not what we want to hear. Listen for Him in prayer, the living Word, a trusted spiritual leader, I even heard from Him looking at nature before. He created it all, so He can use it all 5. Lastly, whatever has happened I promise God has not run out of strength to give. “The joy of the Lord is our strength” (Nehemiah 8:10) and “in His presence is fullness of joy”(Ps.16:11). These are connected. As we are wrapped up in Him, the cares of this world fade away and we can have “peace that passes understanding”(Phil. 4:7). It’s a peace that doesn’t make sense to the world because it's in times where you shouldn’t have peace, but you do through Jesus Christ. ❤

I'm praying God to put His peace, His love, His strenght in your heart I'm praying God to help you find rest and comfort in Him (in prayer, by enjoying the little things with Him...) I'm praying Him to ease your heart and ease your mind I'm praying for you to open up your heart to Him I'm praying for your brother's safety, I'm praying God to protect and comfort him every day I'm praying for your friend to rest in Heaven and to guide you so you can rest in Heaven together one day I'm praying for you to focus on the wounds of Jesus instead of your own, to find comfort in the infinite love He has for you instead of drowning I'm praying for you to focus on everything He has done to save your soul on the cross, on everything God has done to protect you from evil I'm praying God to continue to protect you and your brother, I'm praying for Him to welcome your friend in Heaven so they can rest I'm praying for you to realize how small your life is on earth compared to how eternal it is after death. Focus on eternal life my friend ❤ I'll keep praying for you And for God's peace in our world 🙏

Good evening, I am really struggling past 4 months with anxiety disorder and panic attacks, I have mostly health anxiety, everyday imagining that my body is dying of some incurable disease. I pray for your healing. I have dealt with same issues. By keeping eyes on Jesus reading word, prayer, worship etc it helps stave off unwanted feelings. Also, know this your not alone. So many people are down an out. Take this chance to rely on Christ's grace not your own ability.

This is good however, without the resurrection the cross is a sad story. The cross is just the beginning. The Resurrection is what will take you to heaven! I'm so detached right now. I live every min with anxiety and fear. My life has had so many turns and battles... its physically painful from all my recent panic attacks and rapid breathing and high bp due to white coat syndrome. I can't begin to tell you how lost I feel. I pretty much live in my bedroom now... trying to face my fears by going for walks or driving around the block. Before I could do it all... gym, work.. everything. I now live w my mother and her husband who has Parkinsons... its so hard.. They're really struggling too... its now affecting my sleep. Jesus Jesus please help me. Take away my anxieties and fears... take away all the lies I've led myself into believing. Help me return into the strong Jeff I love being... the painter... the musician... the funny guy people enjoy being around. Help me to come out of this dark cloud and place. I come against the enemy in Jesus name and I pray for every single person reading this or who has posted here that is struggling. Peace... peace.. in Jesus name. Amen

I went through the same thing, God has freed me from all of it. Your identity has to be rooted in Christ, and all of that will not come bother you no more. Get deeper with him. Meditate on scripture and you will be able to overcome fear which are all lies. As your faith grows in Christ you will overcome fear, remember he is the highest power.

I just broke up with my boyfriend 2 days ago, morning before I went for sunday service. I’ve been in pain and sadness since then and can’t sleep because my mind being so loud with questions and regrets and I try to keep fight the negative toughts with saying God’s promises to my self and its tiring and makes me can’t stop crying meanwhile my heart also in great pain. I even called my dad ask for help to read me anything from the Bible because I have no power left to do it my self. Please keep me in your prayer and drop God’s promises here so I can read it while listening to the music and try to sleep.
