YAALLL, i went to the mall on Monday, and i kid you not every single male stared for a while, not just a look. Also, i said hi to a perfume saler while walking by , and while leaving, i just heard him whisper "Mashallah," which means "what a creation." ok so from what I’ve heard it’s best for u to stick to one subliminal and listen to it for a period of time, for me personally aura subliminals work the fastest for me so I listen to them without “effort” and doubt if yk what I mean so I listen to them for example only for the sake of music lol cause I’m so sure of the results since they never disappoint but when it comes to body subliminals for example they work a bit slower cause it’s physical appearance so when I do those I only stick to them so my mind absorbs the affirmations the best without any distractions from other subs if u get me so I’d recommend u to stick to one that works “slower” for better results

Hii, I've been using them for like 7 years and there is a lot of fake info about how to listen to them. Basically, you can listen to subliminals about any topic at the same period of time and it won't clash. It is better to listen to one after the other, not at the same time, because if so you may get overwhelmed 🥰 if you need, you can take a break in between each subliminal. You can listen these audios as many times as you want, being one listen the minimum (just don't keep listening if you got a headache because of them or something). There are audios labeled "listen once" or "half listen", which by listening once or half the time you can already get results. This kind of name is given to attract audience or to indicate that there are more complex or powerful affirmations, buuuut at the end of the day what really matter is how you feel and how much you believe in it. You can get results by using an audio that has simple affirmations and you can get no result from an audio that have powerful ones. The thing that really matter is you hahahha and because of this, not every audio works for everyone

I forgot to say but if you use "older" audios, from a couple of years ago, you'll see a bunch of rules in the description saying to drink xxml of water before and after, listen for at least 30 minutes, concentrate in the audio, but these aren't actually true. We used to believe that was the best way but later it was confirmed that you don't need to do all that to get results :) maybe you would enjoy reading about law of attraction and how subliminal messages work. That would be more informative. Sorry if I made any mistake, english is my 3rd language ❤
