She is a lot more precise as well - or perhaps it’s because they are playing to a click track. I watched another live version of this song and it sounded nowhere near this toght

What’s the synth with arpeggiator starting at around 3:00? A vst? A sequence from the laptop? Analog Keys?

I've wondered this ever since I heard it, and was confused by why the keyboardist's fingers didn't match the notes, so I guess arpeggiation explains it. Let me know if you ever get it.
