You don't know what you are saying, Ruto was elected way back before even Uhuru became nominated MP in 1999, Ruto is the one that convinced Mark Too to step down as nominated MP for Uhuru to replace him, more so Ruto was Uhuru's chief campaigner in 2002 and even wrote his concession speech, in short, politically Uhuru is junior to Ruto, Ruto was elected for the first time in 1997 and in the same election Uhuru was defeated in Gatundu North
