180 g cake flour
60 g unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
300 g granulated sugar
170 g milk
100 g plain yoghurt
65 g canola oil
65 g melted butter
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

For Frosting
150 g water
40 g corn starch
100 g whipping cream
400 g milk
200 g granulated sugar
50 g cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp agar agar powder
150 g unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

8-inch round cake tin

How to bake
- Bake preheated oven at the 160 C for 25-30 minutes

น้ำมันพืช 65 กรัม
เนยละลาย 65 กรัม
ไข่ 3 ฟอง (เบอร์2)
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา

น้ำ 150 กรัม
แป้งข้าวโพด 40 กรัม
วิปปิ้งครีม 100 กรัม
นมสด 400 กรัม
น้ำตาล 200 กรัม
เกลือ 1/4 ช้อนชา
ผงโกโก้ 50 กรัม
ผงวุ้น 1 ช้อนชา
เนยสดจืด 150 กรัม
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา

วิธีการอบ
- อบไฟบน-ล่าง 160 องศา ประมาณ 25-30 นาที
