Hey. No. It is not a whitening cream. I've seen your previous comment on having acne marks. To get rid of that and any other discolouration that comes with acne, I personally used a product called Hada Labo Brightening Milk. It's a very gentle product that I think would be a good option even for people with sensitive skin. I've done a review on it, if you'd like to learn more about it. Here's the link: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/fNapg5Vj2p3Igac.html If you choose to try it, feel free to let me know how it works. Also, you mentioned you don't use a cleanser, just water. I would highly recommend trying out a gentle cleanser. It might help if you're still dealing with acne. The Simple Refreshing Facial Wash is one that is formulated to make sure it doesn't cause any allergic reaction. I personally use it and think it's worth a try.

What's your skin type? Oily, dry or combination?

@@StacyKinyanjui In winter season I got oily skin (T-zone) and dry on the other side of my face And in summer season I got heavy oil whole over my face

@@srotohin345 Okay. From what you've said it sounds like you have combination skin. What products are you currently using in your skincare routine? Both morning and night.

@@StacyKinyanjui I can’t use any kind of product on my face because of allergic reaction that’s why I am afraid of using any kind of product on my face. I just wash my face with normal water And use cetaphil moisturizer.

@@srotohin345 Then no. I wouldn't recommend this if your skin is sensitive to certain products. This has ingredients that can potentially be irritating such as the menthol I've mentioned in the video. I haven't used Cetaphil but it's one of the brands that I see certified dermatologists recommend. What has made you want to switch? Is it not working for your skin? Also, what do you mean by allergies? Is it the acne you've previously mentioned or something else?
