I just drove past on my way to skiing. I saw this and told my dad, “HEY STOP ITS A PLANE GRAVEYARD”! As an Avgeek I immediately recognized multiple A380s, 747s, MD-11s, and much more. That same KLM 747 is still there! Such a magnificent sight to behold as a young, child whose entire life is Aviation!

I'm so glad I have a picture of a Lufthansa 747 on the runway at sunset at JFK. She's a beauty, as are all 747s, it's definitely my favorite picture on my phone.

They are still flying. I live in Frankfurt am Im probably at the best place to see 747s at the moment. There are over twenty lufthansa 747s still in service i see everyday. Also sometimes a 747 200 comes

All I ever see going in and out of my airport is the main American airlines and FedEx. Driving past here today for the first time was amazing. I saw planes I would NEVER see at home. A380s, China Southern, Western Global, Japan Airlines 777's, and a Stratolaunch 747-400. Sad to see them sit here but it was awesome to see them for me personally

And where's Pan Am and Eastern? I just saw Lufthansa, Qantas, KLM, Air France, Mantinair, Air France and Southern Air.

i worked on some of the jumbos here , the KLM 747 400 especially in Amsterdam they are over 25 years old it costs alot to run these type aircraft now , the fuel they consume is playing a big part in thier demise , the twins like the B777 the A330 the A350 are the way forward as 4 engined aircraft burn way too much fuel , its real sad to see whats happening,,i started out on the 747 100 and 200 series they had Pratt and Whitneys on the wings great old engine plenty of work experience on them ,

Good morning. Greetings from Jundiaí-Brazil. Do you believe that chances are Boeing will resume the production of 747 in the future ? Due to the end of Covid-19 pandemic , the heavy load goods sales, inbound logistics, outbound logistics, business trips and touristic trips are on the rise again and it makes me believe that there might be a necessity of reconsidering 747's back in the air. The breaking news I'd like to hear, listen to and watch is: "Boeing decides to resume the production of 747" This is something I dream about. VIVA 747, The Queen Of Skies.

Good morning. Greetings from Jundiaí, Brazil. There are at least 3 arrivals and 3 departures at VCP International Airport of 747 as a cargo jet variation and there's seldom a passenger flight head to Frankfurt, Germany when GRU is full operated by Lufthansa. Unfortunately, the clock is ticking and seeing The Queen Of The Skies here will be rarer and rarer.

Great video, but a sad sight to see the demise of the mighty 747 as a commercial airliner. However, the -400 and the -8f have long futures ahead of them as freighters. Some of the -400s here could likely be converted to long-haul cargo aircraft.

Sakes and Begorragh … that background track makes me … want to commit crimes… or at least say profoundly unkind things to, or about, whoever decided this video needed it, or presumed that everybody likes it as much as they do. It’s actually more poignant to watch with the sound off. I had to do that, because to MY ears, well, …I would just as soon sit and listen to a motor’s bearings fail. May they not get anything they want for Christmas… As to the content itself, I am seriously coming to the conclusion that we all got to live in a world, experience a reality that is gone, and isn’t coming back. The future doesn’t look bright anymore, but it doesn’t look dark, either. .. it just looks like a void … empty. Look at these. How many people once regarded these as a miraculous fruition of an impossible dream … and now, they’re just in the way.. trash … nobody wants them.
