Thank you Gogoi Sir on behalf of all the Manipur citizens who honestly want peaceful solution. India needs a leader who loves every citizen, like you. Your people are fortunate in having you. They must be really proud of you. It's not about one community winning over the other community. But, it's about welcoming of a peaceful solution which is acceptable for all. And it's high time we fight against separatist. Thanks to the two Manipur MPs for failing your people.

The choice of words and arguments put by him speak highly of his sensitivity and concern of this nation. Inspite of coming from a non Hindi state his speech was remarkable . @@shaggyk369we watch too but we are interested in questioning the government. It's not about BJP vs Congress but it's about INDIA and it's constitution. If Rahul was the PM, I'm sure people will be questioning his policy as well. But now BJP is in power hence people raises more questions to them but you dense people doesn't think that way. Excellent Speach from Mr. Gogoi, and my first time to hear this relatively unknown/ less known Congress leader. I am not saying this in a negative way, but just to emphasise the depth of Congress cadre that you have several rungs workers who are very well informed, erudite and are able to take up higher responsibilities. In the current BJP, after Modi, Amit Shah, Rajnath and Nirmala Seetharaman, it is very difficult to remember names of leaders who merit mentioning. Of course, there are rabble rousers like Ms.Irani and sycophants such as Mr. Piyush Goyal and several other ministers and MPs of the BJP. Despite having a clear majority to pass any bill they wish, it is strange to see how BJP employs questionable methods to engineer disruptive politics just to manage to stay atop and in the process, give a wide margin to the morality of party politics.

Why are the dead bodies not being handed over to relatives after confirming identity? That is most sad. Even in war dead bodies of enemy are saluted to and handed over. Are we not a civilisation ?

No one denied in taking their bodies but doing funeral in others place instead of their own villages is what people in other community was saying. Torbung is a meitei village where kuki started attacking on 3rd May. And in this same place and in 3rd Aug, they are trying to bury all the dead bodies. This is like putting salt in wound.
