Sir Ji, CAA/NRC was not a public protest similarly Farmers from only Punjab protested (which was supported politically by tikait). Otherwise the farmers from 25/29 states didn't even blink an eye on farm bills. SC/ST again is not a Govt. ruling rather directly for SC. I still feel if he can give the states to choose from the farm bill options as a central law like he did with land acquisition that could change the game for next term
