Another great video. I was born at Quartier Militaire in the District of Moka , but was never aware of the Reza Chateau and the Iranian connection. You guys are truly amazing !

Moka is a beautiful quaint place. I hope that this mega city idea never eventuates because it will destroy this place if not the whole Mauritius tropical island feel. I would not be surprised if China is not behind this with their Belt and Road initiative as they want to control the world economy and trap small nations in debt. Also, I am very concern you guys do not seem to be worried about catching the Delta variant and spread it to others.. Trust me, you do not want to get sick with that virus. Take care. Cheers

The Moka smart city is being pushed by ENL, a local ex-sugar cane company. They are pushing the idea, but the costs are for the participating companies. They also own Ascensia which in the past has preserved historic buildings.

@@BryanDiscoversWorld It is still a bad idea.Also, this sprawling city will be a hot bed of crime in the future if you consider what happened in big cities overseas. They alienate people. Bad idea. Only the developers get richer

ACP Office means Assistant Chief Constable, I guess......And if the District Court is right next to a Police Station, this must be a very important judicial area at the time. Probably, the prison was not far away. This was typical British Colonial setup about 100 years ago.
