So let me see if I can peice together some kind of lore here: They are cost effective, generically engineered security guards made in a factory owned by the goblin that is in the various pot of greed cards, in order to protect his vault filled with card drawing cards. Their extremely weak (and therefore cheap to produce) but if they see someone destroying another of their kind, they would become enraged, massively increasing their power long enough to destroy the assumed intruder. Because they are made in a dark factory, they were designed to be fairy type so that they don't go on a rampage every time a random monster was destroyed. ironically, the materials used to make these cheap guards could apparently double as a way to break in to the vault guarding pot of greed goblin's various card drawing treasures, leaving him bankrupt (or at least unable to hold onto the factory) The Mokeys were then sold for slave labor to level 7+ monsters, where they met other level 2- slave monsters. all was misery until the young Gagagigo ran into the slave monsters and started a revolution! at first the pet-avengers like rag tag team of unlikely heroes succeeded in overthrowing their oppressors... right up until they beat up Gagagigo and, assumedly, expelled him out of the setting off camera? Now all the slave monsters were oppressed even more than before, but now things were different. Though he didn't show it, the Mokey Mokey on the team was inspired by Gagagigo's example. so much so, that after the failed revolution, he got mad. so mad, that even when he wasn't mad he had both a question mark and an exclamation mark on his head. This Mokey Mokey started a gruella campaign against the oppressors, setting trap holes around the area, and convincing every other Mokey to join him in finishing what Gagagigo started. Before, the slave masters used to be facing revolutionaries, now, they faced something much scarier: genetically engineered security guards that hulked out whenever you destroyed one of them. and there were... a lot of them. The Mokeys were designed on the principle of 'human wave tactics': the idea that if you throw enough bodies at the problem, no matter powerful the enemy, you will eventually overwhelm them with sheer numbers. though the slave masters destroyed hundreds of Mokeys, thousands took their place. As thousands more were sent to the graveyard, millions of enraged Mokey Mokeys rose up to replace their comrades until finally only the over king of the slave masters remained. The over king overwhelmed the enraged Mokey Mokeys, destroying all with ease, until only the original Mokey, who had been part of Gagagigo's team, remained. refusing to give up, this Mokey Mokey fused with his fallen allies and, while screaming a generic heroic monologue, became Mokey Mokey King! In a climatic battle, the two clashed- And Mokey Mokey King fell. exhausted but victorious, the Over King of the Slave Masters gloated. As he did so, the true power of Mokey Mokey King was revealed, bringing back every Mokey Mokey that had ever been sent to the graveyard! and so, already exhausted, the over king was no match for the countless enraged Mokey Mokeys. he was destroyed so thoroughly, no card exists to tell us who this over king was. all the level 1 and level 2 normal monsters were free, but it came at a cost. The original Mokey Mokey, who joined Gagagigo's team, who became Mokey Mokey King, could not be brought back. he would remain in the graveyard. a pair of dog tags were commissioned to remind future generations of his sacrifice. we don't know what happens after that but a trio of mokeys were last seen in Ojama Country, getting sucked into the various antics that the Ojama Yellows get into.

I dont care what anyone says, the dub version of the mokey mokey user in GX a.k.a the little belowski is just the best thing ever.

1-Up is a nice card to play in Decks like Imaginary Actor because it's REALLY annoying to have any circus members of the cast without the Imaginary Actor to Fusion Summon. By activating it on the last attack, it enables yourself to possibly recover Fusion Materials for Fusion Summon. So it might be useful.

I was wondering why an archetype with only 4 cards had a video over 19 minutes, I didn't expected you to cover all cards that feature a Moke Mokey, but I'm not complaining.

Kinda weird no mention of Tenyi or "Non-Effect Monster / Normal Monster" support was mentioned here. I mean, OG Mokey Mokey could work with things like White elephant's gift or the tenyi counter trap or something..... what about link spider that could help summon normal monsters in general keeper of dragonic magic can help you retrieve 1 mokey mokey from GY and get polymerization from deck. sure you would be left with the big chungus that is mokey mokey king if you manage to fusion summon (and keeper) but you can maybe use trap cards or quick play spells that work with it?

Thanks for making this as recently I had been mulling over making a (for fun) Mokey Mokey deck in Speed Duels, and interestingly enough the GX box does come with a good amount of cards to consider adding to said deck, some on theme like "Floodgate Trap Hole". Side note, given the recent release of "Suprise Chain" with said card having Mokey Mokey interact with similar casual goblin figures as, from what I personally dub, the "Goblin Kid" archetype of spells & traps, such as "Matching Outfits", "Kingyo Sukui", "Mamemaki", etc. for example. As well as the presence of the Upstart Goblin in both card archetypes and other cards like Calligraphy Goblin & False Trap, Bean Soldier, and Pot of Greed and the "Pot of" archetype, to name a few, I personally see all these various archetypes and cards as being a part of the same shared world.

my boi mokey mokey, good stuff! treasure panda is also a good pick up as for just 3 spells in grave you can search every OG Mokey out the deck! i've mainly been playing around with the fairy build with the wedding field spell myself too (have no put a ritual in the deck yet though, not sure of a good one in master duel...)

I don’t think the crash King, summon Mokeys, activate smack down works that way. King is a “when” effect, so you would have to activate it first and already control a Mokey Mokey. And even then just the one Mokey Mokey would gain atk because of how the chain resolves.

So a really sad piece of trivia about King and Smackdown, because you just fused all 3 Mokey's into King even if you ram King to get its float effect even with Smackdown on the field, Smackdown only actually activates its effect if you control a normal Mokey Mokey so you'd have to ram 2 300 ATK monsters and lose 1 Mokey before getting the boost from Smackdown
