So, being from the neighboring village, I asked around and got the scoop on what went down. Here's what happened: there was this intense argument between the woman in the video and the dude in the white shirt, who happens to be a PA of an MLA. The woman had bought a bunch of voting slips and was all about voting however she pleased. But the guy in the white shirt told her that she could vote for herself for any party, but no proxy voting allowed. Things got pretty heated, and the council members were trying to calm them down. She basically was trying to spread negativity and bring a bad name to the village because of some personal issues. Later on, the woman actually admitted that she did all of that because of some personal issue she had with the guy (heard that they are neighbours). she recorded the video herself, but she only shared a part of it. It's crazy how things can get twisted when you only see one side of the story.
