Hi thanks for trying out my route, the Hawthorn leslie does a good job at climbing to the top along the curves with refueling at each camp. Loved the video, the Turbostar is so true to life lol.

you should've done the pump car on it, even the regular pump car managed to hold around 29mph all the way up when i mashed it fast enough

Wonderful video, had a great time with it. Maybe a long-distance race between various types of trains would be interesting, with long high-speed parts and curvy mountain stretches?

The Allegra from the Arosa line would have done perfectly here. She was built for this kind of stuff. Could you do another video where you take the Allegra up Mount Everest.

All the British locos were awful at climbing very steep gradients such as Mount Everest but the only British locomotive that was good was a bloody fowler 4f

Steam engine. freezing cold. you lose pressure with speed and with water injection. why wouldn't you just pile on the coal. its not like you can blow up a boiler in this game, you can get to the limit of blowing off. which will be good
