We only had a couple of mentions of her from S2, as far as we know she's still in the Army doing tours, and Captain James revealed that they got married. We didn't get a mention of her in this first ep of S3 so we are still waiting for further updates on her. Still have hopes that Lacey decides to return one day.

Dingo x I hope as well that Lacey decides to return one day. It isn't the same. I like it but I much prefer lacey's character to Michelle's.

oh the actress left after season 1. So James is still in it? They got married though- thats cute but disappointing. At least they didn't kill her off.

thestaceofspade Yeah, she went back to EastEnders before they got renewed for another season, and when they did she decided to stay at EE. James is still in it :) Tony Grounds wants her back in it and has told her so, but we will just have to wait and see whether she ever decides to come back.

thestaceofspade and I don't think Tony would ever kill her off, at least not while there was potential seasons, as the whole show revolved around her and her journey through the Army. Currently they have another female medic that's taken Molly's place.
