Amy did sell her half of the farm but both said in the beginning that split up the farm was the last option. One reason why Matt got the big farm house back is because it needs a lot work done. After the work is finished, he wants to show it to the kids to see if any one of them will buy it from him. Its been said along with house, he wants to work out farm situation. The best option Matt has said from the start is either have one kid take the farm or Jeremy & Zach become owners then some how work it out so Molly & Jacob have a part of the farm too. The very last option would be to sell all of the farm and no longer have ties to it.

I think I agree with you. Amy and Matt were wonderful as couple, I thought. Each had what the other lacked and seemed to make each other stronger, I thought.😢😢😢

He was very controlling in my opinion and seemed to have no regard for his wife's opinion. Is it possible you are confusing Amy and Matt Roloff with Dr Jen Arnold and Bill Klein from TLC's other show The Little Couple.....they appear to have a very loving relationship.

@@morgannlefay13It was just a question if you had confused the two families....people mix the two families up all the time. I wasn't arguing...just expressing what I saw. I watch both shows....it just so happens I am a little person...3'9 ft tall. For me it is nice to see people like myself on TV....people I can relate too. I related more to The Little Couple....from when they first started dating....then Jen being too tiny to safely carry a pregnancy. I never married because average height men have a hard time dealing with all this. I have been stared in public my entire life and I'm not on any tv show.....but since these shows came out people and even kids in public seem more educated and don't make me like I look like a freak like I did before these shows. People will ask me questions or reference the tv shows. And that was the initial point of these people doing these shows....educating the public....that we are just like everyone else...except shorter....but we have to find ways to live in a average height world. So from that stand point I personally appreciate the shows. Why do you watch if you think it's wrong?

I might watch once in blue moon through my stupid phone. Following people's lives is not that important to me. Aren't we to nosey as a human race?

I use to think he really didn't want to be a part of the show even when he was young. Then when he was old enough he left the show. For awhile there were rumors he was gay....but I think he is married now from something I just read about a post he made recently saying he was molested by a man on the tv crew that filmed the show....it is on his Instagram page.

I don’t blame Jacob for feeling the way he does. You’re watching the Roloff characters that TLC wants to portray not the real people.

I used to watch the show all the time and enjoyed it but I don’t think reality shows really work out for the families. How many of this show end up well, not to many. I know the money is great but that’s not what life is all about and I think these kids made the right decision. Get away from it before it interferes with your happiness. Good luck to all of them

It was more likely that he quit after his contract was over. But way to make assumptions about something or someone you know nothing about. Not everybody wants to be in the spotlight. If he were money hungry he would still be on the show.

@Jeanne McCarthy it's not fair to assume they only quit the show after they made enough money. Like I said some people just dont want to be in the spotlight anymore.

He was very young when the show started. And growing up in a reality show becomes part of your life. I can imagine there was a lot of pressure on him to stay.

Please don’t judge people you don’t know based on jealousy and cynicism. He was a minor when this show started. His parents are the ones who signed contracts and made the choice to film him. He had no control over that. “As soon as I was able to stop filming” probably means he came to an age where he could make his own informed decisions and get out of contracts with TLC. I would like to hope he got some money out of this. He was working for TLC for years! Children are not well protected in the world of reality television.

Jacob is happy with his wife and his new life

Jeremy and Audrey are opportunists. Jeremy thought for sure he could move onto the farm, take over, and run it. They are both so lazy and fake.

He did not think that. Matt ultimately would like to sell the whole farm to the kids. So now they show on the show Jeremy and Zach are learning how much it takes to run the family farm. The big one is them learning from their dad when it’s the correct time to plant the pumpkins and making sure that there will be pumpkins for their fall pumpkin picking open to the public.

I saw Amy being a mom a family person and I saw Matt as a narcissistic ego filled man who cared more about money than his family. I also believe he had a drinking problem I also think he and Caryn had an affair. They, Amy and Matt have children and grandchildren and The jabs about Amy on every episode will be there forever thanks to TV. To gain what ? So Caryn. Can get some made up popularity? It’s their lives to live and put it out there. I’m sure someday more will Come. I hope Amy has a good lawyer.
