This video has half of the available shades of the Dior Backstage Foundation. Part 2 with the other half of the swatches will be up next Friday!
If you are new to my channel, #1: Welcome! and #2: this is one of my "Just Swatches" videos that goes right into swatching, with skin tone and undertone descriptions for each shade. They are meant to be to the point so that you can find your perfect shade match quickly.
I hope it's helpful if you are trying to figure out your shade or at least see how the range runs (light, dark, etc).
Notes on this foundation:
1: It is a more sheer to medium foundation that can be built up to full coverage. Some of my shades were a bit more dried out than others and can look a bit thicker because of this. The initial texture swatch is the true texture of this foundation.
2: In my opinion, this line runs a bit darker. I would classify shades "0" as fair, "1" as light, "2" and light-to-medum, and "3" as medium.
3: This foundation does oxidize, so be prepared for it to dry darker than it initially comes out of the tube.

I just noticed we’re you swatching the new bottle with the capital DIOR or the old packaging Dior? The shades are now completely different??❤❤❤❤❤

I love the finish of this foundation so much, but I’m struggling to find a shade match! I was matched with bare skin at 2wp but it oxidized horribly on me. I was thinking of trying 1.5n to see if something a little light and more neutral works better. Would that make sense?

Hi, are these all the old formula with the lower case Dior before the reformulation? The new formula with DIOR has quite a different in colour compared with the old

Hi! These were whatever Sephora had in stock, from January 2024 on. I know there is a difference with some old and new shades, but hopefully this will still give people an overall sense of the undertones and how the range runs.Thank you!

Thank you, glad it was useful! I did purchase shade 1N, but it's slightly too dark when I don't have a faux tan. I am considering buying shade .5N next and mixing the two shades.

I purchased and have been wearing shade 1N when I have a faux tan. After filming this, I think I'll buy .5N next and add a bit of my 1N or get 2WP to add more peach under tones 🍑🧡
