ഇന്നു ചീസ് ബിരിയാണി ഉണ്ടാക്കി. നല്ല രസമുണ്ടായിരുന്നു എല്ലാവർക്കും നല്ല ഇഷ്ടമായി. ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങും കോളിഫ്ലവർ കറിയും ഉണ്ടാക്കി. അതും നല്ലതായിരുന്നു. മാം കാണിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ പാചകവും ഉണ്ടാക്കും. ഒരു പാട് നന്ദി. ദൈവം അനുഗ്രഹിക്കട്ടെ. ❤️❤️

ഇന്ന് ഞാൻകുറച്ച് കൊഞ്ചു വാങ്ങിച്ചു. Mam ൻ്റെ LN vlogs ൽ നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ 3 വർഷം മുമ്പ്‌ Manchester ൽ വെച്ച് ചെമ്മീൻ റോസ്റ്റ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടെടുത്ത് അതേ പോലെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി. ഇപ്പോൾ അതു കൂട്ടി ഊണുകഴിച്ചതേയുള്ളൂ. നല്ല taste ആയിരുന്നു. ഇന്നത്തെ പലഹാരവും ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കും.

No doubt that this is a beautiful video... @Lekshmi nair ❤🎉 First I want to thank you for this channel which helps every one to find a fast solution for cooking simple and tasty dishes and the recipes are non failure as you repeatedly explain with tips. My friends, relatives colleagues, neighbors etc love the food cooked by me. One of my neighbor doctor calls me a chef. I was not that good in payasams , koot, kalan etc from Kerala but i make good avial, sambhar, olan, pickles etc. Now I am good in other dishes too especially after your live videos of palakkad's famous hotel. On the day you posted kurma and square chapatis I got a call from my nephew who came down from US saying that they all are planning to visit me for lunch or dinner. i requested them to come for dinner so that I can buy some time to plan. I always make dishes of different states and serve. On the spot I fixed one item i e kurma. Then going thro your videos I made pazham pori and inchi puli . I made tiny pieces of bitterguord and deep fried and added to inchi puli ... very yummy. Jeera rice, dal fry..my own recipe. In sweet . ..... aval payasam which you shown during onam. Ice cream was there in the freezer. Gujarat state.. khaman dhokla Fenugreek leaves Theplas, potato dry bhaji adding pea nut powder which they make for fasting. Starter ..... sev poori and fried alu vadi. Sev poori's pooris were brought from stores. Green and dates chutney and sev were there. I do prepare and keep chaklis, diamond cuts etc. as always guests visit us. My husband's side family is very big and very loving. someone or other visits us as they love my food and hospitality. Different concentrated drinks and coffee mix also I keep.. for elderly I make kashayam which is good for health. My Mangalore Sr relatives prefer that. I wanted to dedicate that full spread to you and thought of clicking a pic and sending to you but was not sure whether i can do it..... if i can how ?. i prepare many items from your vlog. Todays paniyaram and chutney superb. will try. Now i am collecting some sweet recipes and spicy snacks for serving during Navaratri which will start from 15.10.2023 I make pratishta of Goddess Durga and do pooja for nine days and Dusshera day after morning pooja visarjan is done. During these days visitors come to my place for Darshan and I serve prasadam. One pulses dish is a must in daily prasadam. I enjoy these ten days. I have already book marked some items from your channel. Once again thank you. If you feel that I have posted a lengthy comment please let me know i will delete. I wish I could give you taste of one of my dishes. I don't know how to make it possible. Take care ❤. 😴
