The fact that I almost cried with this show is showing how much that this series is changing lives either have never thought that when I am angry or sometimes I take it out on our others and I have kind of severe anger issues sometimes and I just take it out on others when I don’t mean to so the story really got me

This is not how therapy works, in fact, it's the opposite. It's supposed to be a judgement-free zone where you (optionally) talk about whatever is hurting you. It is not forced and there is no blackmail behind it.

Yep that’s why kids get taken away from their families cause of their actions…the court would usually say “sorry ma’am one sir but we are gonna have to remove your son or daughter from your household because you can’t parent them right if they’re gonna act out & break the rules so we gonna have to make a mandatory removal” that’s what the judge would say

I was a little perplexed at first when the therapist repeated, "hurt people, hurt people." But as the narrative progressed, it started to make sense. Stated differently, it implies that causing harm to someone also causes harm to the victim or a victim's relative. Similar to how Kent was abusing the wealthy child, the mother would have been negatively impacted by Kent's arrest since, in addition to being anxious, people would not want to be around her. This situation frequently involves convicts who are unaware of the future they have planned for their loved ones. Stay safe, and let's give Dhar some thanks for teaching us such a useful lesson.

I like this, and see how u got there, but just fyi, what is usually meant by this is that hurt people (ppl who are hurting), (go on to) hurt ppl. Inversely, it means that those that hurt us have usually been hurt themselves. Like someone who has grown up being abused by a parent can then become abusive parents. It's really sad to think how this can really snowball, and one hurt person can hurt several people, and those people go on to hurt others, and it can really multiply quickly.

"When people are in pain, some people take it out on others while some people take in out on themselves." Very inspiring message! I also totally agree with this message. In this world, there were people who had very tough times that happened in the past which make them feel angry inside especially teens-turned-gangsters; those kind of bad behaviors could cause them to give others trouble. We need to be empathetic with others because their lives can be worse. My point is that we shouldn't take our anger and disappointment out on others; that'll only make things worse not only for them, but for ourselves. We also need to listen to our conscience to prevent any harm to ourselves and/or others. With that, we could have help others with their problems so they could have better futures.

thank you for such an amazing emotional video dhar,alot of us young ones tried hurting ourself where losing to many lives due to suicide. this video helped me i was dealing w alot and wanted to hurt myself. kids you are not alone talk to somone abt what your dealing with hurting your sfelf is not the best way. nor joining gangs this video was so emotional and helpful to teach kids and everyone not to hurt themself just bc there going thru alot you have alot to live for
