I always use 50 credits as my minimum hit. Anything over and I take it, less than 50 and I keep going. Seems to work out well.

You should have listened to Mom! When the offer is 40 credits-that is the average offer-or higher, you must take it regardless of what the machine says because the following offer will be lower 90% of the time.

Why play single credit? You can't get maximum payout unless you wager maximum credits on each spin? So, even if you win, you still lose when betting one credit... #Annoying

And if you play the maximum number of quarters (say, four), a 777 results in 1,000 credits. You can see that playing four quarters at a time gives you a better chance of winning a bigger pot in the long run (if you win, that is) compared to playing a single quarter at a time for four consecutive tries.
