I don’t want to sound like a parent, but if in this setting (probably noon), and he hasn’t taken a break, the mother SHOULD tell him to take a break. Too much of anything is harmful. Agreed. I don't understand why so many parents are against harmless fun when it comes to video games. If I'm at school for 7 hours a day, then come home just to do more homework for another hour or 2, I'd definitely want to chill out later after I eat.
