Long as they don't punch each other...they won't really be sent off.. the world cup however they were a bit harsher...and players didn't want to be sent off in here games... other international matches the players will take chances

The game is two halves of 40 minutes each half, no quarters and no time outs etc., play only stops for infringements and injuries. So the 63 minutes was 23 minutes into the second half of the game. There are 15 minutes between each half. Watch a video of the laws of the game so you have a basic understanding of what you are reviewing!
