Seems to be a golden rule of custom harvesting, the better 4wd combine is Mum's combine, then it becomes bogged or sunk or full of mud and suddenly it becomes Haydens combine.

Here in italy we have a few combines, even john deere s790 and x9 1100, with tracs so they can work even with mud

I’m surprised you can cut at all with that much rain. I would think the whole field would be muddy. I didn’t think you would get mom’s combine out the first time, it was buried the most I’ve seen so far. Thank goodness for the tractor. Pity the farmer that has to deal with those ruts.

We have always ran duals. They are not hard to take on and off. To guys can do it in 10 minutes. I’m not saying you could make it through that but will definitely keep you from sinking. The headers are too heavy for those skinny tires.

I was custom hay cutting yesterday and almost got stuck three times. A rough life harvesting sometimes. Glad no big breakdowns as a result of getting stuck. Stay safe and enjoy your time with your other half. Give Dibbs some daddy loving💙

Hay friends: I am just now back on watching you-all on video. Last year was my first year with you-all. For a week I thought about you all. Let me explain; winter and spring was challenging for me. I have ended up in a nursing home in Mulvane , Kansas. So I have some back up videos. Anxious to learn of the new hand to the crew. Gods riches blessings I wish for this crew.

Very smart man blowing off the dust to try and prevent combine fires. Hayden are you talking note of what your dad is trying to teach you? Why is it always the combines to get stuck and never the tractors and grain carts.
