The scene with paul is a flashback, and the scene with him at the bench cemetery is just Paul's spirit, notice it that they didnt talk on that scene. And the scene with jay is her present.

ann & paul were like, post-college sweethearts. paul knew her too well but he passed away because of aneurysm. ann kept paul in her heart even if he is physically gone for good. jay came along that made ann somehow, discover herself more. ann had to make a choice between keeping memories of relationship with paul alive & loving again but another man whose priority is also to make her happy in the person of jay. ann’s choice is to let go of the past & allowed love in her life again.

For me its like she's remembering Paul in her memory she can't accept to move on until Jay came because there's are part of the video that Ann is the one asking Paul whose destined to a person and then she just remembered same question Jay asking Ann the question she ask to Paul. She is choosing to let go and be happy again like Jay said he will never leave her.

Mother really knows best. She got everything on point. The "Choice" isn't really about the two guys but it's her moving on to Jay and letting go Paul's memory. Lots of love from The Philippines 💕🇵🇭

You can see in the beginning up to the part before the "choosing" part, the girl is still wearing the bracelet, and in the part where she's sitting before the gravestone part, she's holding the hand of Paul, both of that means she's still holding on to him, she still hasn't moved on. But the part where she's talking to Jay in the "choosing" part, they show that she's no longer wearing the bracelet, indicating that she now decides to move on and take another shot at love again. That's really well presented. I love it.

Actually the hint of the story was the song which Ann sang during the party and it's entitled 'To Love Again' which is an OPM classic love song. Somehow I knew Paul was the past when she said Jay was new in her life but I never thought either that Paul died bec in my mind I was thinking maybe they just broke up however, when I saw Ann wearing white with Paul looking at her, at that point I knew he past away.

The whole ad has 2 timelines: The one with Jay is the present while Paul’s was four years ago. It was explained to Ann by Paul’s mom in the hospital scene. The choice was basically to let go of Ann’s past (which was Paul who died) and to be able to open herself to Jay.

It's somewhat memories against new beginning thing. By the way, the song is "To Love Again", one of the most covered OPM SONG in the Philippines. The latest is Daryl Ong and the original and composer of this song was Odette Quesada.

I think To Love Again was originally sang by Sharon Cuneta as it was the theme song of her movie of the same title. Odette Quesada was the one who wrote that song for the movie. I know because i watched that movie with my first girlfriend so i remember it very well.

You didn't finish the whole thing. There is still a few second segment after the ad. It shows Ann is frantic of being left behind but Jay assured her. A lot of people got confused on that segment too. You need to read the date on the tomb stone, Paul's mom should had mention "My son Paul is gone" or should had been shot in a different angle or a doctor telling Paul's family including Ann, that Paul was dead.

first part and last part with PAUL, she was at the cemetery.. and he was represented there as a spirit.. that's why he is in white.. and while they are walking and when they are going to sit.. you'll notice that they are apart or there's space between them..

All the scenes with Paul was all in the past, for Jay it's the present, it is not happening at the same time in the present. It's just that Ann is trying to move on when Paul died,and that's the choice she has to make letting go her love to Paul and felling in love to the new guy Jay.
