🥞 For the Cauliflower fritters:
Cauliflower - 500 gr. (5 cups of cauliflower florets)
Flour - 4 or 5 tbsp. (if the dough is too wet, add a little more flour)
Yogurt - 2 tbsp.
1 egg
Cheese - 70 gr. (3/4 cup of grated Cheese)
Garlic powder - 1 tsp.
Mint - 2 sprigs
Green onions - 1/2 bunch
Parsley - 1/2 bunch
Ground black pepper - 1-2 pinches
Water - 1.5 liters (to cover the cauliflower) + salt 1 tsp.
Salt to taste (for the pancakes)
Olive oil - for frying
🍶 For the Sauce:
Greek yogurt - 3 tbsp.
Parsley - 1/3 bunch
Lemon balm or Mint - 2 sprigs
Salt - 2 pinches
