Have not seen that episode at all... The one quoted reminds me of a person my dad calls "know it all" the empty vessel that makes the most noise... The one yapping loud and the other in high fashion clothes are meant to order but they can't get do a job and are "know nothing" basically... It's their fake self esteem they are showing there in their dressing.. Seen it, been there...

I've seen things like this at many restaurants, where they use real dried/spoiled food as display items instead of just buying fake realistic looking displays. Some of them were in there for YEARS. They obviously are just there as decor, but still, they are real food nonetheless.

pretty sure that back in the days sammy was a loan shark and i imagine one day somebody couldn't repay his debts so sammy went to collect. the debtor gave him some valuable items but unbeknownst to sammy one of the valuable items was a dybbuk box ( box inhabited by an evil spirit) and from it spawned amy. sammy, bold fucker that he is decided to bed the demon unknowingly cursing his evil soul to serve amy for eternity.

My favorite part of the "we didn't microwave the salad" episode is when he goes back and sees the smoker filled with fresh just smoked chicken and he pulls one off and eats it and calls the owner in, and he makes them eat it and says "why aren't we serving this!? It's ready! It's delicious! Why!?"

that whole episode is just mind boggling, it makes no sense. They had all the tools to succeed and even had the good food back there ready to go and instead they'd let it rot for a day or two then microwave the leftovers. As Gordon says in the episode its a no brainer.

I don't know if I've ever seen Gordon as flabbergasted as he was when he saw the steak served and cut on the roof tile. The man who serves it tableside seems like the sweetest person though. If I recall correctly, after they change the menu he does a caesar salad or something tableside and it goes much better. He has such a good attitude and so much personality.

It's definitely annoying to see people memorize other's stories as theirs... It's like men are bewitched to women who are lesbians (trio) and will empty everyone's wealth... It reminds me of the poem "LA Belle Dame San's Mercy" and we have 3 who can put soldiers to sleep if they entered their bewitched zone... And definitely need to stay away from their food or those caring moments... Keep you in those crippled moments attending you till drained and pass to another... They definitely have plans to get everything they need not just the property... You or whoever they have are their slaves and they are collecting human trophy to get that final person before they lift off those tents and vanish... By that time they replaced someone else similar to cheat the world... Reminds me of the history of the Arch (old testament) which people fought for and tried to hold it thinking it brought luck till it brought all the plagues from Egypt on earth and destroyed it's enemies... This time it will be the flood, famine and draught as per revelations in new testament... This is a chaotic phase for many....

I've always loved how, even though he usually gets served food that wouldn't make standards for canned dog food, he is always polite with wait staff. People have a habit of getting angry at wait staff like they're the ones cooking the food and bringing it out to customers.

I'm no chef, but the thing with Tiramisu is that the lady fingers are soaked in coffee. So like at the olive garden, they're only good a couple days bc they get very soggy/leaky quickly. So for it to be rock hard and dry like that, I probably would've assumed it was out for several weeks at least lol.

My favorite is still Gordon saying "I'm shitting myself" and Nino saying "maybe you should wear a diaper" and Gordon, baffled, says "are you okay?" So plainly. But real shit if i was working at Amys I would kindly ask all the customers to not tip me, at all. I would feel dirty knowing they think they're tipping me and they're being robbed. I would just leave the bill and say "if you would, I would not suggest leaving me a tip. Thank you, have a good night." I dont care. Ive waitressed for one of the worst businesses I've ever seen (and I've seen all the ones Gordon went to. Amy's is very close to what I dealt with (Amy acts just like my old boss)) ask for details and tea if you want but damn

Ramsay always respects the servers because 1) he was a server once and 2) they are generally treated as skilless and stupid, but often know more about what's wrong, and are more honest about it, than the damn owner or chef or anyone else in the damn restaurant.
