The leg "massage" is part of Tui Na (originated from China but others have adopted & adapted it) is very common in Asian culture. The thumping is called "pock". It is said to promote circulation, promote healing, used for heart health. It's commonly used in Thai Chi & other Martial Arts as well.

Not that you ever would, but I can see you on daytime TV like The View as one of the co-host. Loved this episode, Eureka I was already a fan through drag race , but then you have performed in my hometown Amarillo, TX and I will forever be a fan ❤ as we don't get many famous Queens there!
