YOGA ROLLER! It will also Stretch your back legs and torso. So many moves you can do with it. Feels amazing. You can crack/ sdjust you back with it. They are not cheap for one like that.

That tree is awesome! I get mine from the thrift store. You can get a nice basket to put it in so the bottom will be more secure.
