*I'm deaf in my right ear which is why I'm not wearing headphones. I know, it's a bummer not to get the panning sounds. It's also been a bummer to only have one ear my whole life for lots of other reasons, like, playing telephone growing up, I was terrible at it. But, I'll be ok, and I'm getting both channels in the earbud, thanks for your concern :)

She wrote this song when she was in a very dark place emotionally after a breakup!! I think the translation doesn't offer the same value that we get when we listen to it in spanish combined with her amazing voice and the passion behind every single note!!! MON LAFERTE IS THE BEST!!!

Great reaction, hadn't thought that the song does not say what he did, but she does feel betrayed. They've said she had a bit of a tummy ache that day, that is why she's holding her abdomen and not dancing around. But she's very versatile, there's a song where she and the band do a kind of choreography where they all freeze intermittently, quite cute. This song is so liked that even DJ's who don't particularly like her version, play covers of this song. This is the song she can't miss at her numerous concerts!

The lyrics in spanish are a lot more touching, specially the chorus Come back Tell me the truth but be merciful But still tell me why, no Tell me how? How did you stop loving me? If I could still bare your very lack of love. A month ago I was listening to you and being your confident Thinking how there was no one like you I was your friend and I was your company Now I'm going to sleep deply to forget I would accept death just to avoid thinking I want to not exist, so I can get off of this bitterness

Hi! Loved your channel. As a Chilean, I feel the dutie of asking for a Los Prisioneros reaction. If you like passionate songs, please do "Estrechez de Corazón". This band is one of the most iconic of Chile and Latinamerica and they have lots of protest songs with a sarcastic tone too. Also, if you like Rock fusion please listen to Los Jaivas. Start with "Sube a Nacer Conmigo Hermano" in Machu Pichu. It´s a crazy good song that tood a Pablo Neruda poem and putted the best music possible. Love from Santiago!

I think part of the big emotional build up of this song is that she herself doesn't understand how or when he stopped loving her. In the song she's pleading for him to explain why he's abandoned her, begging for answers because she thought they were so deeply in love and she's blindsided, hurt, and angry.

I don't understand why some people only use one earbud when they have two ears. She was really crying at the end because the song is about a personal experience, that's why she couldn't hit high notes with her voice at the end.
