When he used the infinite tsukyomi I believe whenever they stood idle their health was slowly drained and added to his. So because they weren't spam attacking he healed almost to full.

Aizen didn't get a cheap win, Ghost could damage him but he just couldn't really manage to catch Aizen off guard to damage him. Aizen got a W.

ghost could beat aizen if the battle would keep going cuz ghost did damage to aizen so if he did the same technique on him he could do damage and win and aizen cant hit ghost also he didn’t beat dio cuz he didn’t transform to his ssj5 form cuz he cant be hit in that stage so he would probl one shot dio
