Yes it’s the full name of the restaurant and as this restaurant is on Himalayan foothills,there is a special bird there called Himalayan Monal. The restaurant is named after that bird. Thank you so much for your lovely comments.

Visited Monal in 2014, then in 2022. Amazing food. be it desi, bbq or western. Lovely ambience with light music, loved it. I had the Italian platter, it was good, pasta was a little spicy. 2:31 this song seems quite popular, heard it multiple times on my recent trip to Hunza, it's depressing though.

It’s very nice to read that my vlog brought you back your memories. That’s the actual goal of my channel, to make and record memories for my own self and help others to recall their memories. Monal is really a gem for the people of Islamabad. Even my kids keep on insisting to go there again.

@@HassaanKhanVlogz Yes, that song holds meaning for me as it reminds me of the Hazara expressway, took me back there. I don't live in Islamabad myself but I consider Islooites to be very lucky as they have Monal and different trails.

Not at all. They only charge for play area and motion ride if someone wants to do it.
