We have bushcrafters and preppers going nuts over this. Make all kinds of spiral noodles from vegs, fruits, then dehydrate, add in oxygen absorbers, and vak paking, and you have an immense volume of readily available short-/long-term storage food. No excess water/salt, or canning.

So glad you demonstrated this gadget. I received one in my Xmas stocking and I have not used it yet. My cuisinart can't make veggie spaghetti. This is awesome! 😀

Lynn! I have always wanted to have one of these. One time i made myself zucchini in spiral with my mandoline, but the result wasn´t the same. I´m going to check out in Amazon. Thanks for the demonstration. Happy day, Love, Patricia.

Nice video. Looking at your plate, I would assume that you had to go through a lot more work to make those spirals! Now I have an off topic question. What nail polish are you wearing in this video???? Thanks in advance!

+pmuldrow - Yes, it does make a lot from one medium zucchini. Not much to making them - very easy. I think the polish is OPI Shorts Story, but I will check and let you know.
