I truly believe morning routines are essential. My routine is get up and do morning pages and some journaling. Morning pages helps clear my brain and set things in focus. Then I do gratitude journaling. I read a few chapters in the Bible and today some poetry from Christina Rossetti and Robert Frost. It is blazing hot outside so I will treadmill today. On days I have to be at work at 0700 I get up an hour earlier to get things done. I have not found an app that works for me either. I use a paper planner and journal books.

Sounds like an inspiring and productive morning routine! I need to get back to journaling as well. It tends to drop off when I have lots on my plate. Thank you for sharing!

Natalie, there is so much you do! I’m curious, you mentioned a course you are taking. Do you have a business background? How did you come to decide to do the podcasts and interviews? Was it learn as you go? I’m an older lady, and so many of these digital things just boggle my mind.

Thank you for watching and for leaving some great questions! I don't have a business background, so it's been quite the journey! I'll chat about this more in a future episode.
