If anyone likes Bread Pudding, this is a very easy way to do it in the microwave. Get a loaf of raisin bread and in a microwave dish, beat up 3 eggs and then cut up about 3 slices of the raisin bread into the bowl about the size of a cherry. If the mixture is still a little too much liquid, put a little more raisin bread, but still keep it a little moist. Bake in the microwave oven at full high for between 1 1/2 to 3 minutes. Depends on your watts. When the eggs are cooked, dish it out and serve with a little maple syrup.

Great interview! And funny about the song Strawberry Wine, I love Deana Carter singing it, but I remember thinking after hearing it the first time, that Trisha would have sang it good!

I'm trying to figure this out: I was born September 19th. (same as Ms. Yearwood); my name is Tommy, and I was riding along in my pickup truck the first time I heard-"She's In Love With The Boy". And my Mom and Dad once had dinner with Marlo Thomas! True!
