Today we play Bernie, probably the worst character in the game. While he does gain twice the amount of Gold, the issue is that you only have 3 seconds to use your hook, not allowing you to think or even wait for items to settle (if the magnets decide to do magnet things). So, to achieve a win, I decided to go for a full gold build, utilizing everything in the game that synergizes with ti.

"i dont think there is anything we would want from this" actually there is 2 items that provide help with those mangetized balls... the hair dryer and the your first claw next turn is a magnet items.... they are both plastic so they are much less likely to get into the ball and the other reduces the size of items so the ball becomes smaller and more easily grabbed and the magnet claw picks those magnet balls quite nicely

It's possible they'd keep the "clogged toilet" mechanic to rein in an absurd build, but if not it would be easy to turn off the magnetic force based on position, so anything close to the right wall gets "demagnetised" and sloughs off the ball.

@@alexholker1309 I can honestly live with the clogged toilet bit, it's a neat mechanic that stops you from getting too many magnets. But when a huge pile of stuff magically levitates and get stuck at the top of the screen for no reason other than some overflow calculation or something, then no.

Brass knuckles are great - especially coupled with the perk where you hurt anyone who attacks you when you dodge (it stacks). I ran a dodge build where I eventually had about 5 brass knuckle + and 3x the dodge perk and you could literally sit there and let the enemy attack you and kill themselves. Works amazingly against the reflecty bosses.

Had a similar run as the beaver, ended around floor 40 with about 20 gold daggers, 20 heat guns, 14 magnets and, 8 magnetism upgrades and 7 fluffy, the chaos was fun and completely out of my control, and I died because the machine clogged for the millionth time 😂 Oh and double recycle bin for all those extra heat guns, I like when it rains items every turn😂

Part of the reason why you keep having magnet problems is because you keep taking fluff. Like sure Hand of Midas converts it to gold but all that gold just makes it harder to actually grab anything + makes your mass too big to actually drop down the chute. This also means less gold long term because you can’t actually grab the gold, and even if you don’t have a hand of Midas the fluff is just going to get in the way.

I really like these videos and this game. However, for me personally it was bit too over edited. Like skip skip constantly. Blink and you miss 2 turns. But maybe I´m the only one so whatever. Do what is most beneficial for the majority.

League of legends in a few weeks will release a “swarm gamemode” that is basically just a bullet heaven game with all the characteristics we love. You can actually try it on the test server, even though it is a bit finicky to get able to get an account that has access to it; but there you can try it before the complete release to see if you like the concept

i have a run where I got golden daggers and stacked up gold (and got the perk that increases gold by 2% up to 100 gold) I also have a ton of the 2 health per 10 gold so I'm currently at 30k health, one hit everything and only have two daggers (I wanted it to be the one dagger build but for some reason it doesnt always kill all 3)

I’d like to see a bit more gameplay in the edits. The first few minutes skipped so much of the time where the claw was active and went straight to deaths and item choices. I really enjoy the banter, but it was tough following the game.

Yea, the difficult part was this run was around 2 1/2-3 hours long, so cutting that down is a bit of a tough part, especially cause the majority of different events happened later (as in, other videos mostly covered what I do early on). It's a bit of a rough decision ahead of time cause a creator never knows if a video blows up like this one, or if the main audience is the one that watched the other videos already and now sees 90% repeat in the first 10 minutes, skipping or clicking off. The cuts could've been better, I dislike it in hindsight myself, but a lot on the stream was just happening again and again due to early deaths so already while "recording" a lot of skipping happened/not mentioning what I do cause I just did it 5 times in a row

Stop adding fluff to turn into gold. Its causing the gold mass to grow bigger and be unmanageable. Also, adding more magnets doesnt help either. 1 strong and 1 weak magnet might be fine.
