I am almost 40 years old living in Rawalpindi, I retired 3 years ago. I have enough money to live a basic lifestyle for the next 50 years with Inflation adjusted. I won't be roaming earth in the next 50 years,I still have enough margin to upgrade my lifestyle if i plan for next 30 years realistically. Allah willing. " No sood" involved"

This idea is applicable if someone is earns more interest than his expenditures & re-invest the remaining amount every month to increase the principal amount & compound interest. However, beware that Interest aka Sood is not allowed 🚫 in Islam. I don’t think that this money can bring Barkat/blessing in this life & the afterlife.

آج کل کراچی کی بھینس کالونی میں بھینسوں کے باڑے کی قیمت پانچ کروڑ پڑ رہی ہے ایک بھینس کی قیمت تین لاکھ سے ذیادہ ہو چکی۔ مگر مزے کی بات یہ ہے کہ ایف بی آر نے ان پر کوئی ٹیکس نہیں لگایا۔ باڑوں کی خریدوفروخت پر آپ کی گورنمنٹ کو کوئی ٹیکس نہیں دیا گیا۔

Sir, 15% bank offers on fixed deposit is per annum. Mean on investment of 10million pkr you shall get only 120k+ only not 1.5million. 10mx15% / 365 * 30

That is an additional bonus. In Bank the money is fixed for same amount and interest rate will fall in one to two years.

A 17% return on term deposits is unrealistic in today's market, especially with high inflation rates @ 30%. This means that the investor still be losing money @ 13% rate year over year and suggesting such options could harm the financial well-being of the investor.

Javed sahib ap ny is pehlo py kio bat nahi ke kih 6 crore ke ya 12 crore ke property khareed kar rent py de jaiy to wo bihtir idea hy, mahana rent bhe ata rahy ga aor property ke value bhe bhe barhti rahy ge ,, mjhy herani hui k ap Bank fix deposit k ONLY OPTION ke traf kio chaly gy... ?? !!!
