പ്രവാസി ലോൺ എടുത്ത് വാഹനം വാങ്ങാതെ ഇരിക്കുക. അനിയൻ മാരും അളിയൻ മാരും ഉള്ള പ്രവാസി ചേട്ടൻ പ്രത്യേകിച്ചു. കാരണം വർഷത്തിൽ ഒന്നോ രണ്ടോ മാസം നിൽക്കാൻ വരുമ്പോൾ സ്വന്തം വാഹനത്തിന്റെ 8ന്റെ പണികൾ തീർത്തു വരുമ്പോൾ തിരിച്ചു പോകാൻ കടം വാങ്ങുകയോ വൈഫ്‌ ന്റെ ഗോൾഡ് വിൽക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരും. ഏറ്റവും നല്ലത് നല്ല വാഹനം 15 to 20 k യിൽ റെന്റ് കാർ യെടുക്കുക ആവശ്യം കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ തിരിച്ചു കൊടുത്തു പോരുക നമ്മളും Happy. wife ഹാപ്പി. ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഒന്നും കാണില്ല വണ്ടി കൊടുത്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ ആ പരാതി, ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കേടാക്കിവനോട് നന്നാകാൻ പറഞ്ഞാൽ അതും പ്രശ്നം. റെന്റ് ആകുമ്പോൾ ആ പ്രശ്നം ഇല്ല.

@@zince_9777 ഞാൻ ഒരു ലക്ഷം രൂപയ്ക്ക് ലോൺ എടുത്തു from South Indian Bank. ഒരു വർഷം കൊണ്ട് അടച്ചു തീർത്തു, പതിനായിരം രൂപ ആണ് പലിശ വന്നത്. ഗോൾഡ് എടുത്തപ്പോൾ ഒരു കൊല്ലം കൊണ്ട് സ്വർണത്തിന് വിലയും കൂടിയിരുന്നു 👍

Thank you so much for this video, SBI car ലോൺ ഓൺലൈനായി apply ചെയ്ത്, 15 കൊല്ലം (അവിടുന്നു തന്നെ അന്ന് ന്യൂ കാർ ലോൺ എടുത്ത് കൃത്യമായി default ഇല്ലാതെ അടച്ചു) ഉപയോഗിച്ച വണ്ടി വിറ്റു കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ലോൺ തരാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്ന് 25 കൊല്ലമായി ഡീൽ ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ടിരുന്ന സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ബാങ്ക് പറഞ്ഞു. പോളിസി മാറി അത്രേ. 😔 അങ്ങനെ മനസ്സു തകർന്ന് almost കരയുന്ന അവസ്ഥയിൽ ഇരുന്നപ്പോൾ താങ്കളുടെ ഈ വീഡിയോ random ആയി എന്റെ ഫീഡിൽ വന്നു. Yes. ഞാൻ കല്യാണത്തിന് മുന്നേ ചിട്ടി ചേർന്നു. കല്യാണത്തിന് ആരോടും കടം വാങ്ങാതെ കഴിഞ്ഞു. ഇപ്പോൾ ഒരു 10ലക്ഷത്തിന്റെ multi ചിട്ടിയിൽ ചേർന്നു...... ഭാവിയിൽ വീട് വെക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉപകാരപ്പെടും.

Harassment from recovery team .If you will pay EMI correctly 2 and more year now you will not paid 3 EMI you can see actual face from recovery team

I have a doubt on a different subject.. read somewhere that the deposit guarantee insurance is now 5 lakhs.. i have a 15 lak depisit in one PSU bank.. if i split that to 3 PSU banks , in the event of bank failure if any ,i will get minimum 5 lakh from each bank and 15 lakhs in total? Is that guaranteed now?

What about annual renewal charges for Gold OD. Every year OD limit will be renewed and for this bank charges Renewal charges. And servicing interest for OD does not reduce ones liability. On the other side take VL only if you are having repaying capacity. It reduces your liability. Any extra payment to VL will reduce your balance and interest will be charged on loan balance only in nationalised banks. Don't put your head in Private banks. My simple take loan only if you are having repayment eligibility. Taking Gold OD instead of VL will lead to recuring debt and yearly charges.

Overdraft charge Annual interest rate , right? So monthly EMI do not have impact to annual interest payable right? But car loan is monthly reducing from the total outstanding. Please clarify
