I consider myself lucky to have been here and now...Listening to such power houses in SA make me realise that it's possible...but it saddens me to see that only 10 ppl care to listen and comment to such powerful videos whilst 'tea spilling' videos are so popular....

Thank you for this video. I only wish you could make this video visible to the black and brown community which needs role models. They need to realise that you have to work hard to get to the top - but if you do - the rewards can be yours - no guarantees. Education, education, education - that will take care of balancing affirmative action. People who have the right attitude and the right aptitude can learn most things no matter where you come from. Lack of education will almost certainly banish you into poverty.

Black people didnt choose to be deprived of a good education. I understand your point and i agree but you need to understand that it is unfair on those older than 40+ years because your point is implying that they need to go back to school and get a an education. You cant honestly expect that to be humane. My point is you need to empathise.

And obviously there will be people that feel entitled to land, businesses etc. but you can't let that distract you from the fact there were indeed injustices from the past

Thank you, very encouraging video. Raising a black boy child with potential but not able to realise it now at age of 9 this is encouraging to know that one day.. putting just a little more effort will be all it takes to pass and be the best that he is ...

Believing he's doing something right with all of his colleagues, while the ship is sinking. This is how you get ahead in a shithole because you can keep on saying the things that allow companies to continue exploiting the poor. It's all politics.
