Today we're making this Mongolian Beef Dish. I knew my Dude#1 was gonna be real skeptical about this recipe especially once he learned it had ginger in it. Watch & Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS I USED: (Step-by-step instructions provided in the video.)
1.5 lbs. Thinly Sliced Beef Flank (coated with cornstarch)
5 Scallions
1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger
3-4 Tbsps Fresh Garlic
2 Cups Broth or Water
3/4 C Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 C Brown Sugar
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Sesame Seeds

I use a recipe similiar to this, which I cook in the crock pot. I add shredded carrots ans a can of water chestnuts. About 1/2 hour from being done, I add broccoli flowerests. This makes quite a bit of sauce but I add a little water towards the end because it comes out too thick. Got my recipe from Mom on Timeout. We love this stuff. HE is so picky.

Heeeyyyyy there Ms. Donna! 👋🏽 Yummy, that looks delicious! I noticed that Mr. Robert normally "dislikes" the unfamiliar. You should've told him it was homemade Chinese food. I would've never told him about the ginger. You may have to let him start liking things for a couple years, then tell him. 😂😂😂 My ex-husband said he didn't eat onions cooked in his food, until I told him he had been eating onions for years. They were just finely chopped. 😂😂😂

Hey Mrs Donna. Im going try this way. I usually get the packet seasoning fem trader joes. If you do have a trader joes in your area try the mandarin chicken and use some sesame oil to cook it. It makes it taste authentically Asian.
