Skirt steak is sooo good!!! Used to be a cheap cut. Just tenderize, marinate for at least a day and cut, like u said and grill on high heat! Delicious😊!!

I wouldn't care if she took it outside and cooked it on a rock, the end result looked great. Yes with this dish, the technique was simple, but with KZfaq if it's very technical you won't get as many views, I suppose.

The Chinese use potato starch to thicken sauces generally, it works better than corn starch.

When the beef is fried,its usually called benjig beef(something like that),Mongolian beef its fried and usually brown sugar is added to it....but the meal still looks good,i would eat it
