What’s wrong David’s eyes seem itchy.

Kaka was confiscated because Dad did not get legal papers to have her. The box that you received with David in it along with a note (by the way in English🤦‍♀ to a Vietnamese person ) asking you to care for him, is not a legal document. One day David can also be confiscated. Dad tried to get the papers but he could not tell the authorities where Kaka originally came from; therefore, they rejected his application and request. I suspect that since you received David in a box (according to the video), that you do not know where he originally came from either. The law (whatever it is at the time) seems to be equal and fair across the board for all owners of monkeys. They could show up at any door at any time to confiscate the monkey's that do not have legal papers. Therefore, David should be worried, it is a matter of time for all illegal monkey owners :) Sad, David is a gorgeous monkey! Thanks for showing the diaper change video. So happy it was not another video about his eating. Tired of those.

OK, lets be clear...monkeys DO NOT cry. David appears to be reacting to something irritating his eyes. He is not reacting to something he sees in a video. He has no idea what he is looking at. He is reacting to sound and flashing light. And he doesn't like that he is being restrained. That's all. And, Kaka and Mit were not 'captured'. They were taken by the authorities because it is not legal to keep a wild monkey as a pet. It's not legal for you to keep David. And the authorities may come take David as well. Or, you could take him to a rescue shelter yourselves.
