its insanely lucky that I got moon animator when it was free, but even with that I still don't use it. But that's only because I'm not too good, definitely recommend.

Yes, I got moon animator when it was like 800 robux it's crazy how much they've risen the price. But it's a really good animator plugin so I'd say it's worth it

You can also press the shortcut "m" which will get rid of the sharp bits of the animation which will make it look a lot smoother but on walk cycles it makes it break.

I believe you can press 7 after selecting your key frames to access the easing menu as well (For some reason they had a “quick info” tab that showed you all of the shortcuts, but now they don’t and it’s annoying.)

btw DO NOT START ON R15 IT WILL PAIN YOU, r6 is very beginner friendly and r15 has too many things for you to worry about, i reccomend you try r6 and if you dont like it as much use r15 :) its all prefrence btw

@@patrick9292sorry for late reply but just so you know most animations with r6 involve the limbs floating because otherwise the range of motion is very limited. it's a weird thing to get over cuz it feels wrong extending the arm way out for something like a punch but once you realize it is just how it has to be it makes your animation look way better.

If you have a cool animation that moves all the body parts but it looks to robotic. You can scatter the keyframes anywhere, just don't make it go past before another keyframe.

when you get further into animating skill for moon animator, begin to avoid using easings and start to use linear or constant in all of your animations. arranging these linear/constant keyframes in such matter will make your animation more smooth and controllable (lets say, every 5 frames = 1 keyframe, movements having different distances than the earlier keyframe).

No, When you get better you start using easing properly. You can’t just go out giving tips Willy nilly especially when you don’t know what you’re talking about. I’m no beginner and I’m no stranger to animation, I can say with the most confidence, your more then wrong. I’ve seen professional studios like Disney and dreamworks, They aren’t sitting there in their chair going *today I feel like wasting my time and making my animation worst at the same time* no their sitting their going *hmmm what configuration should I use for the easing* easing isn’t a switch that you flick to get smooth animation, it’s a animation tool. I’m running late and I don’t have anymore time to write an intricate and well thought out essay, Just take this information as you will I gotta go.

R6 avatar types do that because there are no other things for the torso such as a "lowertorso" R15 avatar types don't do that
