I'll admit, Monsoon is not that good of a character. His powers and theme song are cool, but other than that there's nothing much to him. Even the DLC didn't expand on his character. But hey, I'm doing a video on every major character from MGRR and he's one of them, so I gotta commit. The saga is halfway finished.
If this video feels a bit weak, it's because he doesn't have too many action scenes. I tried making calm scenes look intense, not sure if it worked, I think I did the best I could.
Next video is the woman with many hands, and it will be stronger.
