Literally the reason I came to watch this video. After some 3 hours of trying I'm done with it. And it turns out I was stuck in the very last section before the fight. Still not gonna try again =)

Jonathan Wei they used the shriek to stall the knight in the air so the saw could go below them. Then they hit the saw and reset their dash and jump

​@@user-fp2me2mu9f While you can pogo off of shriek, you can't pogo off of howling wrathes. Plus in order to do it you need to jump, shriek, double jump, then pogo. The guy in the video already used his double jump before he used the attack, so either way, no. He didn't.

The overcharmed strat is not for bragging rights, it is for killing the guards at the end as quickly as possible. Look at his setup at 2:07, 2 charms for platforming (dashmaster and mark of pride) and 2 charms for the guards (shaman stone and flukenest)

But he isnt even at the cap of charms available.

I mean charm slots.

You start with three and can get an extra 7-8 depending on dlc.

I don't do speedruns so im not sure, but I really enjoyed the path pain even when dying over and over, I actually enjoy this type of pain xD So yea, some ppl enjoy repeating it over and over in order to try and beat their highscore. And ofc you'll die less and less the more you get used to it.

It's also really satisfying to know you did better than before and seeing improvement. A lesser example is like doing a race and coming first but feeling like you could've done better. Then once you do better it feels great and you might even try to improve and see what you can do

They just have a lot of free time. Probably playing games and filming it is their only work. I cant.afford myself playing that much for example. Next September im gonna study for my PhD and i also have to work to pay for it and i have a gf and she also takes a lot of time. I havent even beaten the game yet. Ive bought it almost 5 month ago. Still i take my time to play it once or twice.

@@gerardesc7221 pantheon 5 is where it gets me :/. (that and some of the achievements). Also I didn't attempt some of the optional delicate flower stuff

TimoVIDEOGAMES I think what he meant by skip was he just did it so easily its almost as if he skipped over it, because that part is considered to be the hardest in the PoP, but honestly its not that hard.

I think he meant the upper saw blade, normally people would bounce off that and wait for the lower one to align again before continuing

When I completed it, I didn't turn off my pc for 16 hours straight, and took 2 naps in between.

It's called menu dropping, opening the menu while falling speeds up your fall speed and removes any landing lag that usually occurs in long falls.

Cynic Blaze I felt the same way, it’s a very strange feeling swearing that much for hours and then loving every memory of the experience afterwards. I’ve only ever felt that way previously on the “Souls-borne” series.

Ikr I wish we could still replay it but they got rid of that for some reason With enough practice we all could probably do this, except we don't need to do a whole damn playthrough to get to that point.

Would you rather have had to do this for literally ANYTHING else? If you are passionate about this game, then clearing this section is a gold mine. For anyone else, it's not required and there is no real payoff. It's fine to skip. But no... 'stupid that's all there is after all that...' is what gets said.
