The one you're thinking of is Soniachaos! It's in the same key as Sitenno, but the actual melodies are completely different and Soniachaos has a LOT more instruments in it all playing different things to each other. The chord progressions are also very similar yeah.

Easily tops by stories they make despite how gory or vore focused their H-themes are. Legit monsters tryna make you a semen tank for their needs. Or straight up eat and kill you. Or worse, just consumes you and let you die in their stomach as you melt in some kind of liquid that makes your body numb and turn insane into like a monkey on drugs. It's hardcore, and you will see it if your character is too weak or purposely die on the encounter to see how Luka gonna face that reality.
