I started buying dolls when i was like 12-13, but one day, my aunt threw them away by mistake. Now im 19 and i started collecting them again. I like the refresh g3 dolls, but g1 is just nostalgia for me.

it came out when i was 6 but i got into them from the commercials and the webisodes on youtube, then one of my most memorable christmases me and my siblings got the 5 pack gloom beach and i fell absolutely in love. draculaura has been my favorite since i saw her and i got a bunch of other dolls since then, after i moved and got a little older (2016-2017) i decided i was too grown for them and threw them out 😭 but now i’m an adult and have found my love for them all over again !! i definitely hold g1 in my heart but i actually don’t mind most of the g3 redesigns and i absolutely love the diversity and new body sculpts :) abbey, venus, and twyla’s g3 designs are my fav rn

I went to my cousins birthday party and she got one for her birthday and I loved the way it looked so I asked my parents to get me one for my birthday and I think I got Frankie first and then the rest I watched all the movies and then the tv shows. Just FYI, I did a reroot on a spectra Ghouls Alive by cutting her scalp off and then resticking it with super glue. I assume that can be a good alternative to wash her hair too Also, goo gone treatment as shown by ZombieXcorn worked awesome to get rid of the glue seeping, I follow it by a blue shampoo wash to get rid of any orange tone there might be left. Fun fact about skull shores ghoulia if you look on her back and it says made in , Indonesia, that means that she was a part of the five pack if it doesn’t and says China or some other place, then it wasn’t a part of the five pack

Big tip if your monster high dolls are yellowing or there hair put them in the sun for days

Im from new zealand we used to get the full range herevthey went off shelves and came back with gen 3 sadly no ghoulia yelps the only one i was after.. hard to get her even looked online .. Amazon etc twice ive had friends that went to usa and twice told ill get her for you but got ghosted both times one was a long term friend i mean if you couldn't her there id of understood ..was eveb gonna pay for her but nothing ...i got envy when i saw this pic and saw her on end .. i assume Thats ghoulia and not Lagoona blue

ive always been obsessed with dolls i stopped playing with them around age 12 and luckily my mom didnt throw out or donate my old dolls because i got back into dolls at about 15 and have been consistently ever since i dont really care for the g3 show because its just not nostalgic for me and not my style but i love a lot of the g3 dolls and have bought a few so far
