It makes 0 sense. In the film (what G3 is based off of) it never mentions Frankie having parents and how they were created like how the original frankenstine was.

I really felt the original Dracula doll should have had more articulation. In the end I ripped his head off & rebodied it, but it meant losing the buff body he started off with.

It could possibly be license agreement with the copyright holder? Negotiating terms of use (how much creative freedom and if a character can be changed for example) and monetary agreements which is just for the use of characters I believe?

It's a collectors and its suppose to be a special set because THESE monsters are what inspired many horror elements for the future and eventually monster high.

It was worth it to me and it will be different for each person. It is possible to like something for itself and not just for the MH logo. If it is not worth it to you then don’t buy it. Cost and worth are two different things.

hasn’t that always been what monster high is about since 2018? even the og ghouls skullectors r barely worth it. they’re about 125 where i live.

Like I get that it isn't ideal that they cost that much and I didn't get it for that reason as well but it's also important that we do research before being rude to people who choose to buy them.. Frankenstein's Monster might be important to them because they identify with child loss.. Did you know Mary Shelley the writer of Frankenstein's monster had 3 children that didn't live beyond infancy and her mother passed away giving birth to her? They did a dracula doll already, they have a velvet jumpsuit and a cape and red shoes with coffin heels that open up, and a candelabra that lugosi's dracula holds in the film and a pet bat as well.

They actually sold out within2 hours because mattel has added activation botton to avoid lot of bots scalpers.
