Monster Hunter Stories Remastered
Playthrough | Part 8: To Prove a Rider's Worth
After going through the Darj Snowfields, we finally head to some lush lands. A truly nice change of pace.
Of course this means we encounter new monsters and get new Monsties. If you're wondering, some of these Monsties I can't use because I need to be a rank higher but I'm keeping them for the sake of bragging rights until I can have them in my party. Yes, you need to change up your party if you want to survive this game.
But in terms of story, we arrive at Gildegaran. Unfortunately the people there don't seem to like us Monster Riders. So upon reaching the Hall of Scriveners, we need to find someone named Reverto. Turns out the guy is a lazy bum but we also got to take down a Royal Ludroth. Not pleasant huh? But it's nothing we can't handle.
With that dealt with, you know what this means right. Yep. Sidequests. We got sidequests to tackle in Part 9.

If we hit our Like Goal, I'll upload the next part. Don't expect this to be up every day. I want to see if you guys want more. Besides, I have a lot to do and I want to grow this channel. I want to reach 45K and beyond. Doing more Monster Hunter Stories today. Don't worry. Tomorrow and for the next few days, I'll be doing Luigi's Mansion 2 HD. If I beat it, then I will go all in on Monster Hunter Stories Remastered. Seriously. I really want to see this journey through to the end. I couldn't do it on the Nintendo 3DS. Now I will be sure to do it here and since they've restored all the content that was missing from the 3DS version, it means I will have my work cut out for me to build the ultimate team. The team that will guarantee me absolute victory. I hope you be there for when it happens. Thanks Capcom. Seriously. Let's get on with Part 8 of #MHSRemastered! The adventure in Monster Hunter Stories continue and now need to be prove or worth as a Monster Rider.

Congrats on the Pink Rathian! I only got Nerscylla from my rare nests... Tips: 1. Keep checking the Smithy every time you kill a new monster. They will add more weapons and armor. 2. Reccomended Monsters: Royal Ludroth. More for its swimming utility than its prowess in battle, but I did find it to be better than Zamtrios. You will not get another swimming monster for quite a while. Nerscylla is also good to have due to its ability to climb, which will either provide you with a shortcut or cut back on bactracking if you fall off of a cliff. It is also a powerhouse in battle, but it is a Rank 4 monster and you cannot use it yet.

@@MegamanNG Me too! I had Shrouded in my party for a while, but then I switched to a Tigrex. Where are you in the game right now?
