I stayed up late playing this game one night, then when I ended up beating it at 6 AM, I was watching these end credits while listening to this song while the sun was rising outside. I was tired, but man... That was nice, felt amazing.

I think the Diva is the deciding factor for whether or not a Monster Hunter game counts as mainline. If the Diva sings a new song at the end of the game, it's a mainline game.

@@matasa7463true, Rise was a nice return of the old 'ancient village' setting and art style which gives me fond memories of old world titles. Sunbreak of course brought it back to a more modern flair, but still not bad.

This was my fist monster hunter game I have ever bought and I was so blown away by the amount of effort was put into it. It's rare I feel so accomplished playing a video game in this modern day but holy shit this game was worth it. I really regret never playing the other titles but goddamnit I will play the newer ones now. This credits song was amazing and felt so damn satisfying slaying Xeno'jiiva and saving the new world.
