With how annoying Kirin can be fight wise, it totally deserved that level of overkill. Pummeling a Low-Rank Kirin like this was rather cathartic if I do say so myself.

Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed the show! Yeah, Hunting Horn might be slow, but it's an important weapon because of the buffs it can grant. As I told supersonic4863, I intend to do another version of this LR Kirin fight using full Safi'jiiva armor this time.

Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed the show! Kirin totally deserved that beatdown because of how annoying it is. Not just in World, but also for all my memories of how annoying Kirin was way back in 4 Ultimate as well. That said, after uploading this, I recently acquired full Safi'jiiva armor (The Beta+ Version) and I am LOVING what it's doing. So, I absolutely HAVE to do another video like this, but using the aforementioned Safi'jiiva armor! I can't wait to see how fast LR Kirin gets PWNed by that!

A new player? I think you might like what Monster Hunter: World has to offer! Some of the combat is actually pretty fun! As for what you're looking at? That unicorn-looking creature is called a Kirin. it's basically a super annoying lighting unicorn that spends most of the fight jumping all over the place and smiting you with lightning bolts. This is me using overpowered end-game gear to give it the beatdown I think it deserves because Kirin is so annoying.

Glad you asked! I've been using Dual Blades ever since I first started with Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate WAAAAAY back on the Nintendo 3DS, so I've had a lot of practice with them. Likewise, I've seen LS Mains, GS Mains, and Bow Mains all do really crazy stuff that I'd never be able to replicate. Basically, the key to going fast with Dual Blades is to stay aggressive in Demon Mode. Using items like the Dash Juice will help keep your Stamina from dropping as fast, so you can keep the combo game up. Dual Blades are known for being a fast DPS weapon and they get even FATSER in Monster Hunter Rise!
